Turnover cleaning
Clean City implements a 97 point cleaning and inspection model for all of our homes. Within our clean guarantee we ensure guest satisfaction or our cleaners return to ensure the clean is done right. The Clean City promise.
Linen rental program (LRP)
Clean City understands the quality, replacement, and commitment needs to onboard and replace linen in the VR and short and long term property rental space. We offer a monthly linen rental program to home owners that grants a peace of mind and takes accountability to ensure guest satisfaction.
Consumable management champions (CMC)
Clean City saves operational costs to our property management partners with end to end management of storing, stocking, and restocking consumable needs for each guest which includes but not limited to paper towel, tissue, soaps, etc. We also offer customizable consumables for that personal touch within the property.
Process and operational management
Clean City recognizes and understands that our cleaning techs are the first line of defense in being in properties as guests depart as well as arrive. With the growing needs to be able to escalate communications with our property management partners such as but not limited to maintenance issues, damage, as well as early and late check outs, we have owned processes both administrative as well as technological to embed this need into our partners existing operations.

As the VR, short, and long term space continues to expand, trash removal prior to guest departure is more important than ever in ensuring a great vacation for travelers. Clean City deploys trash techs that remove trash prior to arrival of next guests.
